1. Privacy Policy
1.1 Data Collection and Usage
We never track, monitor, or spy on our users.
Only the minimum data necessary to provide the service is collected: device identifiers, usage statistics, user preferences, and purchase history.
This data is used solely to operate and improve the service.
1.2 Image Processing (AI Generation)
Uploaded images are processed exclusively for AI generation.
Processing is performed by trusted third-party providers such as Fal.ai and Google.
Image Storage Duration: Generated images are stored on Fal.ai servers for at least 7 days. After this period, images may be deleted at any time without notice. Users are responsible for downloading and saving any content they wish to keep permanently to their own device.
Original uploaded images are processed temporarily and are not stored beyond the generation process.
1.3 Data Storage and Security
User account data is securely stored on Firebase backend servers.
All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service.
1.4 Third-Party Services
- AI Processing: Fal.ai, Google
- Payments: RevenueCat, Apple App Store
- Authentication: Firebase
1.5 Children's Privacy
This Service is restricted to users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such data immediately.
1.6 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion of your data (subject to technical limitations)
- Opt out of analytics tracking
- Control advertising tracking through device settings
2. Subscription & Refund Policy
2.1 Subscription Plans
The app offers subscription-based access with weekly and monthly plans. Subscriptions provide access to AI image generation features with daily usage limits.
2.2 Refund Policy
Subscriptions are handled directly by Apple App Store.
We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
Refund requests may be denied by Apple in cases of abuse or suspicious activity.
2.3 Managing Subscriptions
Subscriptions are automatically renewed via Apple App Store.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
